Hollywood Sunrise is a family-owned, 17-room hotel one block off the sand in Hollywood Beach. We are updating every room — fresh paint, smart TVs and smart locks are in; kitchens and bathrooms are next on the list — and check-in is something you do with a door code, not a line.

How does self check-in work?
Every room has a smart lock. Once you've completed the quick online check-in, we text and email your door code as soon as the room is ready (check-in starts at 4:00 PM). At the front gate, reach through the bars and pull the interior latch; then enter your code and press the house icon.
What time is check-out?
10:00 AM. Leave used towels by the bed, lock the door with the padlock icon, and you're done. Ask us about a later departure if the room is free.
Is parking available?
Yes — self-parking in hotel-designated spaces is $20 + tax per day. Parking passes are issued during business hours (9 AM–5 PM); outside those hours, City of Hollywood street parking is right outside.
Do the rooms have kitchens?
Every room does. Suites have a full-size fridge, stove and coffee maker; studios have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Can I rent beach chairs?
Yes. Add two beach chairs and an umbrella to your reservation through the guest portal — prepay before arrival and the gear is ready when you check in.
Are pets allowed? Is smoking allowed?
No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property, including the courtyard.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the rate you choose — the policy is shown clearly before you pay. If plans change, message us; a real person answers 24/7.
