Here. Booking sites add a platform markup of roughly 15–22% on top of our rate, and their cancellation and support run through them, not us. Booking direct gets you the base rate, no service fees, and a real person if plans change. We keep our listings on those sites so you can verify we're legit — then come back and save.

It depends on the rate you choose — the policy is shown clearly before you pay, and again in your confirmation email. If plans change, message us; we'll always tell you your options honestly.

Yes. Join the Sunrise Club (bottom of any page) and we'll send you a code for 10% off the room rate on your next direct booking. Enter it in the "Have a promo code?" box when you check rates. Codes work on direct bookings only, and discounts never apply to taxes, cleaning fees or parking.

Yes — one cleaning fee per stay, not per night: $100 for studios with a kitchenette, $150 for rooms with a full kitchen (including the family suite). It covers a full departure clean, it's shown before you pay, and it's the same on every booking site — so a longer stay is better value.

Yes. Rooms 101, 102 and 102A connect for families and groups. Book them together on the Rooms page, or chat with us and we'll set it up.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Every room has a smart lock. Once you've completed the quick online check-in, we text and email your door code as soon as the room is ready on arrival day. At the front gate, reach through the bars and pull the interior latch; at your door, enter the code and press the house icon. To lock, press the padlock icon.

When the room is available, yes — $50 plus tax for an extra two hours; ask us the day before and we'll tell you straight. Sunrise Club members get early check-in free whenever the room is ready. We don't offer luggage storage at the moment.

We don't run a shuttle. Rideshare from Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood (FLL) is about 15 minutes; from Miami (MIA) about 40. Ask us and we'll point you to the best option for your arrival time.

No desk, no line — but there is always a person. Our guest team answers chat, WhatsApp and phone 24 hours a day, and Michael handles maintenance on site.

A queen or king bed with hotel linens, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (full kitchens with a stove in the suites), smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a private bathroom with towels. Every room is on the ground floor.

All of them. Suites have a full-size fridge, stove and coffee maker; studios have a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Rooms are cleaned and inspected between stays. During your stay, ask us for fresh towels or a mid-stay tidy. There's guest laundry on site — a washer and two dryers.

No pets and no smoking anywhere on the property, including the courtyard — a peaceful stay for everyone.

Yes. Add two beach chairs and an umbrella to your reservation through the guest portal — prepay before arrival and the gear is ready when you check in.

Yes — self-parking in hotel-designated spaces is $20 plus tax per day. Passes are issued during business hours (9 AM–5 PM); outside those hours, City of Hollywood street parking is right outside. Unauthorized cars in hotel spaces are towed, so please add parking to your stay.
