The space

This thoughtfully laid-out condo features two private bedrooms, making it a great choice for sharing without sacrificing space or privacy. The living area and the bedroom both have access to its own full bathroom, and the unit includes both a full kitchen and a kitchenette—ideal for cooking, storing groceries, or giving everyone their own space for meal prep.
Whether you're relaxing after a beach day or working remotely, the layout is perfect for convenience and flexibility.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and air conditioning throughout the unit. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided, along with starter guest amenities like travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the entire condo, as well as shared on-site amenities, including laundry facilities. Washers and dryers operate with quarters—just insert coins to start each machine.

Parking Information
On-site parking is available for $20 + tax per night. If parking is needed, you must inform us in advance. A payment request will be sent via the booking platform, and it must be paid in full before we can issue the parking tag.

Please note:

Parking spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking on-site without a valid tag may result in towing at your expense.

The parking tag must be returned to the unit at check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 replacement fee.

City-managed public parking is also available nearby but is not affiliated with the property.

Guests who choose to pay for City of Hollywood street parking must not park in the Hollywood Sunrise private lot. Unauthorized vehicles without a valid parking pass may be towed at the owner's expense.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the suites and anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will apply for violations.

Courtyard Access: The courtyard is a shared space for all registered guests. Use of courtyard tables, benches, or furniture for drying clothes or towels is not permitted. Please use the on-site laundry facilities for drying, available for a small fee.
