The space
This thoughtfully designed studio offers an open, comfortable layout ideal for couples or solo travelers. The space features a cozy bed, a full private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking, storing groceries, or enjoying a quiet night in after the beach.
Whether you're here to unwind or work remotely, you'll appreciate the convenience and smart use of space. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and air conditioning throughout. Fresh linens, bath and beach towels, plus starter amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided for your comfort.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, as well as shared on-site amenities, including laundry facilities. Washers and dryers operate with quarters—just insert coins to start each machine.
Parking Information
On-site parking is available for $20 + tax per night. If parking is needed, you must inform us in advance. A payment request will be sent via the booking platform, and it must be paid in full before we can issue the parking tag.
Please note:
Parking spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking on-site without a valid tag may result in towing at your expense.
The parking tag must be returned to the unit at check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 replacement fee.
City-managed public parking is also available nearby but is not affiliated with the property.

Guests who choose to pay for City of Hollywood street parking must not park in the Hollywood Sunrise private lot. Unauthorized vehicles without a valid parking pass may be towed at the owner's expense.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the suites and anywhere on the property. A $500 fine will apply for violations.
Courtyard Access: The courtyard is a shared space for all registered guests. Use of courtyard tables, benches, or furniture for drying clothes or towels is not permitted. Please use the on-site laundry facilities for drying, available for a small fee.
Self-Service Property Notice
This is a self-service property with self check-in and no front desk staff.
