The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, drip coffee maker, and basic essentials—great for preparing light snacks or a quick breakfast before hitting the beach.
The private bathroom features a clean, modern shower and is stocked with travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You'll also find fresh bed linens, fluffy bath towels, and beach towels ready for your use—making your stay easy, breezy, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, as well as shared on-site amenities, including laundry facilities. Washers and dryers operate with quarters—just insert coins to start each machine.
Parking Information
On-site parking is available for $20 + tax per night. If parking is needed, you must inform us in advance. A payment request will be sent via the booking platform, and it must be paid in full before we can issue the parking tag.
Please note:
Parking spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking on-site without a valid tag may result in towing at your expense.
The parking tag must be returned to the unit at check-out. Failure to do so may result in a $50 replacement fee.
City-managed public parking is also available nearby but is not affiliated with the property.
